At this time, Card Cavern does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on any purchases.
All items are sold as-is and final sale. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Order Issues (Damaged or Incorrect Items)
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged,
- Defective, or
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Important Notes
- Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
- Card Cavern reserves the right to deny any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.
Non-Returnable Items
As all sales are final, the following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:
- Trading cards (graded or ungraded)
- Sealed products (once opened)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or special-order items
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time.
EU Customers (If Applicable)
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- It is returned in original packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This right may not apply to certain collectible or sealed items.
Refunds
Card Cavern does not issue refunds.
Any approved resolution for damaged or incorrect items will be handled at our discretion and may include replacement or store credit.
