1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During high-volume periods (new releases, promotions), processing times may be extended.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping times vary based on location and selected shipping method at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
  • Card Cavern is not responsible for carrier delays once a package has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
  • Any promotions offering free or discounted shipping will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Card Cavern is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
  • If your package is delayed, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
  • Customers may request insurance or signature confirmation at checkout for added protection.

6. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
  • Card Cavern is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

7. Damaged Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
    • Photos of the packaging and item(s)
    • Your order number
  • We will review and resolve the issue accordingly.

8. Pre-Orders & Split Shipments

  • Orders containing pre-order items may be held until all items are available.
  • If you would like items shipped separately, additional shipping charges may apply.

9. Domestic Shipping Only

  • At this time, Card Cavern ships within the United States only.
